In regards to content used here:

I attempt to give sources and copyright information for all works (images, texts, quotes, songs, and etc) I post. I also mean to use all of these said works fairly. That is, I’m not attempting to use them commercially or promotionally in any way. It does not interest me at all and is not the intention. This site is meant as a) educational forum in the form of a public dialogue, and b) when I post my own work, simply as a means of sharing what I’m hesitant to but will anyway refer to as my art.

Now, I am fallible, so if you see any errors or have any concerns or problems with something let me know and I’ll help resolve it.

As for using my work, either pictures or in quoting or referencing me, I’m glad and flattered you’re interested, just please be kind enough to attribute what you use to me and give proper copyright information. These are basic manners of the community I think.

In closing, my intentions are good here, and I hate that I even have to bother writing this, but it’s wacky world and there are some companies gun-ho on having their legal dept contact anyone and everyone who even mentions them w/o permission. Personally, I think that makes for a real boring discourse, and I firmly believe in disseminating and sharing and using information for the common good and to better things.
